*PLEASE NOTE - As a small business we currently operate with all EU orders delivery duty unpaid (DDU) We are responsible for shipping your order to you but you will be responsible for paying any import costs to the shipping carrier such as duties, import taxes etc. Some shipping carriers charge additional fees for collecting duties upon delivery if the duties haven't been paid in advance.
If you want to return or exchange your order please email email@example.com or fill out the form on our “Contact Us” page with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return. If you wish to exchange an item for another size then please state which size you would like. Please note, we cannot guarantee the new size will be in stock and we will advise you if this is the case. YOU MUST SEND BACK YOUR PACKING SLIP WHEN RETURNING YOUR ORDER SO WE CAN IDENTIFY YOU.
All returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your order and must show no visible signs of wear or use. Any returns received back to INTRA LONDON after 14 days of receiving your order may be eligible for a ‘store credit’ for the value of the product at our discretion. Please email first to confirm this in advance.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund, however we will offer store credit for the value of your purchase if you do wish to return.
Return postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded unless the item you have received is faulty or incorrect.
We suggest returning any items by recorded delivery and to retain your proof of postage receipt as we are not liable for any packages that are lost or stolen in transit.
